Ahlsell Sverige AB, through its subsidiary, has entered into an agreement to acquire RW Trading AB.

RW Trading offers a range of automotive care products and related items, with sales through both e-commerce and retailers. The company has 7 employees and generates a turnover of 67 million SEK. Through this acquisition, Ahlsell further strengthens its offering in the automotive segment.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in May 2025.
